Well again I find myself wondering what the point is ?

It took this outside the NY State Courthouse in Syracuse whilst we were waiting to go in after someone called in a bomb threat. I think it is supposed to be an eagle but it looks more like a sick butterfly to me. Either way I guess this just proves I have no fashion sense what so ever.
